Si la laximétrie et l'isocinétisme apparaissent comme des moyens incontournables, la littérature internationale nous révèle que l'analyse de la marche et de la posture semblent être des éléments prépondérants à prendre en compte en vue d'un suivi et a fortiori d'une reprise sportive de qualité.
WHAT QUANTITATIVE EVALUATIONS IN THE POSTOPERATIVE FOLLOW-UP OF THE ACL?
ACL surgery is a predominant socio-economic issue. The recovery of sport is a very important issue of rehabilitation and is the main goal of patients in the long term. While functional scales and quantitative assessment tools remain effective in patient follow-up, new evidence is emerging that mass physiotherapy must be evaluated for optimal sport recovery.
If laximetry and isokinetic are the essential means, the international literature noting that the walking analysis and posture are key elements to take into account monitoring and fortiori sports recovery quality.
