Cet article présente la prise en charge kinésithérapique du patient Covid-19 en phase aiguë en faisant une synthèse des connaissances sur le sujet. Nous décrirons succinctement la clinique et l'épidémiologie en mettant l'accent sur les connaissances nécessaires aux kinésithérapeutes afin d'aborder ces patients dans le cadre de leur art.
Une synthèse des drapeaux rouges et des GO/No GOs sont proposés pour chaque phase de la maladie afin d'apporter une aide sur la conduite à tenir et, le cas échéant, un cadre d'intervention.
THE COVID-19 PATIENT IN THE ACUTE STAGE
This article presents the physiotherapy management of the (Covid-19 patient) in the acute phase by summarising the knowledge on the subject. We will briefly describe the clinical and epidemiological aspects of the disease, with an emphasis on the knowledge required by physiotherapists in order to manage these patients within the framework of their art.
A synthesis of the red flags and GO/No GOs are proposed for each phase of the disease in order to provide assistance on the course of action and, if necessary, a framework for intervention.
