Le lymphocèle est une complication fréquente de la mastectomie. Sa présence et sa variation de volume peuvent retarder l'administration de traitements adjuvants. La littérature n'établit pas de consensus quant à sa prise en charge et un traitement par compression post-ponction du lymphocèle fait particulièrement débat.
Notre étude a montré que le traitement par compression post-ponction est utilisé dans la pratique. Néanmoins, les kinésithérapeutes déplorent le manque de littérature et de recommandation. Une étude randomisée permettrait d'établir des recommandations claires.

Lymphocele is a frequent complication of mastectomy. Its presence and variation in volume can delay the administration of adjuvant treatments. There is no consensus in the literature regarding its management, and treatment by post-puncture compression of the lymphocele is the subject of much debate.
Our study showed that post-puncture compression treatment is used in practice. Nevertheless, physiotherapists deplore the lack of literature and recommendations. A randomized study would enable clear recommendations to be established.
