L'objectif de cet article est de comprendre quels liens peut-il exister entre l'acquisition de la marche chez le jeune enfant et son altération chez la personne âgée. Au cours des phases d'apprentissage de la marche ou de son altération, les pertes de contrôle postural peuvent entraîner des chutes pouvant avoir des conséquences graves. Il est alors intéressant de connaître, pour un rééducateur, ce qui peut être à l'origine de l'apprentissage moteur et du contrôle postural pour mieux comprendre ce qui peut l'altérer également.
Cet article fait un focus sur la théorie des modèles internes, matérialisés par des réseaux de neurones qui permettent le contrôle moteur anticipé ainsi que sur l'effet du vieillissement sur ces derniers.

ACQUISITION AND ALTERATION OF GAIT THROUGH THE COURSE OF AGING
The purpose of this article is to understand what the links between the acquisition of gait with young child and its alteration with elderly people are. All along gait learning or its alteration, the failure of postural control could result a fall having sever damages. It is, therefore, interesting to know, for a therapist, what could be the origin of such motor learning and postural control having the target to understand what is involved in its alteration.
This article put a highlight over internal neuronal models, provided by neurons networks which allow an anticipated motor control and the ageing process onto these neuronal networks.
