Dans cet article en deux parties, nous présenterons :
- une synthèse de la classification syndromique, base essentielle pour définir un traitement rééducatif adapté ,
- les bases des savoir et savoir-faire uniques développés par le kinésithérapeute vestibulaire ,
- les difficultés perçues par les professionnels face à une transmission de l'information vécue comme hétérogène et encore cloisonnée.

- a synthesis of the classifications according to syndromes, essential basis to define an adapted rehabilitation treatment,
- the basis of the unique knowledge and know-how developed by vestibular physiotherapists,
- the difficulties perceived by professionals faced with a transmission of information perceived as heterogeneous and still compartmentalized.
