Pourquoi la rééducation du ligament croisé antérieur (LCA) est-elle encore, dans sa pratique, éloignée des conclusions de nombreuses études ayant permis de remettre en cause certaines croyances ?
Une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes de mise en tension, leur analyse pour construire un programme de « rééducation contrôlée » et une objectivation des effets sur le transplant (sécurité) et la fonction (résultats) devraient permettre un meilleur transfert de ces connaissances auprès des professionnels.

I offer to encourage the transfer of these scientific knowledges to health practitioners by better understanding mechanisms of bracing arrangement by better understanding bracing mechanisms, by analyzing them in order to construct a « controlled rehabilitation » program and by objectifying their effects on the transplant (security) and the function (results).
